All services are subject to a separate agreement, proposal, or scope of work agreed between both parties before commencement.
Payments & refunds
- Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals or invoices.
- A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins, depending on the service.
- We offer a money-back guarantee under specific conditions as communicated during onboarding.
- Refund requests must be made in writing within the timeframe specified in your project agreement.
- No refunds will be issued for services already delivered or partially completed without mutual agreement.
Delivery & timelines
We aim to deliver all services within the agreed timeframes. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late provision of assets, credentials, or approvals) may result in revised delivery dates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, or domain registrars.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, credentials, and assets required for the project
- Ensure you have the legal right to use any content or material you provide to us
- Communicate clearly and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Not use our services for any unlawful, misleading, or harmful purpose
Intellectual property
All original content, strategies, and deliverables created by Maazsaim remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
You may not resell or redistribute our service outputs without written permission.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share your business data, strategy, or login credentials with third parties outside the scope of your project. We expect clients to treat any proprietary methods, pricing, or strategies we share with equal confidentiality.
Limitation of liability
We make no guarantees of specific SEO rankings, ad performance, or revenue outcomes, as results depend on many external factors outside our control (search engine algorithm changes, platform policy updates, market conditions). Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. In the event of termination, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced proportionally. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. However, for clients based in the United Kingdom or United States, we aim to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in those jurisdictions. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably before legal action is pursued.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
